It allows you to make web pages from the pathways images of the Pathway Builder tool.

Once you have drawn your pathway in the Pathway
Builder, you can import it into the Pathway Publisher tool and place hyperlinks for incorporation into your web site. Pathway Publisher allows anyone to create a web site with interactive pathways.
